Lifetime Tropican Pellet Formulation for Parrots is a scientifically-designed food that provides parrots from juvenile fledgling through adulthood with balanced, great-tasting daily nutrition for the maintenance of a healthy life.
Since Tropican foods contain vitamins and minerals, the use of vitamin supplements is not necessary. Due to its low protein and calcium content, the Lifetime formulation is ideal for pet birds that are not moulting and not experiencing other stresses such as cold temperatures.
Designed to taste great, the formulation contains natural fruit flavors like orange and banana, as well as a blend of eight grains and nuts. Plus, it contains natural colorants like carrot and alfalfa to add extra appeal without using artificial substances.
Moreover, the formulation being rich in omega fatty acids from flaxseeds, peanuts and sunflower seeds, it contributes to a shiny plumage and a healthy body.
Unlike farmyard pellets, Tropican feeds break up cleanly without being reduced to a fine powder; waste is therefore considerably reduced. The hard, dense chunks of Tropican foods help maintain healthy beaks, which is essential to the overall health of birds.
