At Nature Pet Center, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary. Please see our return policy below for more information.
Choose a subject:
Products
No cash refunds will be granted.
However, if you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, you can exchange it for another product within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged product.
Gift Card option:
In the event thatyou cannot find a suitable replacement for your purchase, we offer an alternative solution. You can opt for a gift card of equivalent value, which can be used for future purchases in our stores. Our gift cards have no expiry date and can be used for any item available at Nature Pet Center.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our staff immediately or report it within 10 days of purchase. We will be happy to exchange the defective product for a new one of the same type, provided it is still in stock.
Special cases :
In exceptional cases where the item is no longer available or cannot be exchanged due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as offering an exchange for another product of similar value.
Animals
Final sale on all animals. No refunds or exchanges will be granted.
Items on Liquidations
All sales of items marked as “liquidation” are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be granted.
Fish
Freshwater fish are guaranteed for 48 hours from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a replacement, you must bring with you:
- PROOF OF PURCHASE (SALES RECEIPT);
- THE BODY OF THE FISH;
- A WATER SAMPLE FROM YOUR AQUARIUM IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER.
- This warranty does not apply to marine, brackish water, invertebrate or amphibian fish.
- This warranty does not apply to final sales or incompatible species.
- Replacement is limited to one (1) time only.
- We reserve the right to void any warranty due to negligence.
