TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF NATURE PRIVILEGE

• To participate in the Nature Privilege program, a customer must become a member. Membership is free, and no initial purchase is required. All members must be 18 years of age or older. To join, visit a Nature Pet Center store with a government-issued ID. A cashier will create your account at the register. Membership implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Each member will receive a Nature Privilege card with a unique number.

• Membership points will be credited to the member’s account within 30 days of registration.

• Members must inform Nature Pet Centers of any changes to their personal information, either in-store with a cashier or by email at service@naturepet.com. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of membership and the loss of accumulated points.

• Nature Pet Centers reserve the right to refuse membership to customers who do not meet the registration criteria.

• The Nature Privilege card is not a credit card and remains the property of Nature Pet Centers. The card may be revoked in case of violation of these terms.

• Members must present their valid Nature Privilege card or number to earn points and redeem rewards. Any unauthorized reproduction of the card may result in legal action as well as the cancellation of membership and points.

• Only individuals are eligible. Organizations, groups, and associations are excluded.

• Points awarded during promotional events are subject to verification and may be withdrawn in case of ineligibility.

• Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used by the member presenting their card or number.

• In case of loss or theft of the card, members must notify Nature Pet Centers at service@naturepet.com. Provide your member number (if known), as well as your name, phone number, and email to request a replacement card. Points accumulated on the lost card will be transferred to the new card, and the old one will be deactivated.

• Nature Pet Centers are not responsible for unauthorized transactions made before the loss or theft is reported.

• To accumulate points, members must present their card or number at the register at the time of purchase. Points cannot be added to previous purchases if the card or number was not provided.

• Members earn 20 points for every dollar spent on eligible purchases (net of discounts, before taxes). Points are calculated on the final invoice amount.

• Points will appear on the receipt if the Nature Privilege card or number is provided during the transaction.

No points are awarded for the following purchases:

– Transactions benefiting from the senior discount (20% for customers aged 65 and over) are excluded from the loyalty program and do not earn points.

– Live animals (except freshwater fish, plants, and invertebrates).

– Services (for example, nail/feather trimming, DNA testing, delivery, water testing).

– Clearance products

• Points can be accumulated when using a gift card as a method of payment.

• Points awarded in error may be withdrawn without notice. Nature Pet Centers reserve the right to modify eligible products, services, and promotions at their discretion.

• Points will be deducted for returns or exchanges of items purchased with points.

• Point totals shown on receipts are considered accurate unless proven otherwise by Nature Pet Centers.

• Membership and points will be canceled if no points are accumulated for 12 consecutive months.

• Membership is non-transferable. Points cannot be divided, including in cases of divorce or the death of a member. In the event of death, the member’s account will be closed and the points will be canceled.

• Nature Pet Centers reserve the right to modify or end the program at any time. Members will receive a 60-day notice during which they can redeem their points. After this period, all points will be canceled.

• Points can be redeemed for rewards only when a minimum of 5,000 points has been accumulated. The redemption rates are as follows:

• Points used for rewards will be deducted from the member’s account balance.

• Promotional offers may temporarily modify the point redemption rules. Members will be informed of any changes 30 days in advance.

• Unredeemed points will remain available for future use, subject to account activity.
